AE not installed on server, only RS. Using https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/hexworks/relations/dependencies as the pack.

You're getting this error precisely because AE is not installed. It should be safe to ignore, though.

I'll investigate further but I'm not sure it's possible to "hide" this advancement when the mod is not installed.
