Asterius-compiled code is very slow

Right now the Asterius version of naproche is roughly 3x as slow as the GHCJS version
and roughly 30 times as slow as on the command line.
Is this normal/expected? If not, is there something I can do to improve performance?

This was tested with the current Asterius Docker image. If this is unexpected, I can try to find the cause and/or provide a wasm binary for testing.
