Very basic crawler, guessing commands, to scrape installed software versions from common package managers (apt, apk, snap, npm, pip, composer)
When something is custom compiled I'm going to assume its basically impossible to detect.
Currently the NPM reporting seems like its inflating for some reason (needs investigating).
