Coming from the Zabbix world when an issue is identified its called a "problem"

Unused Profiles
- Only after they are older than 1 day old if the API returns creation date / time (open issue if not)
Volumes, disks or what ever low on storage space
Clusters with only 2 members

What other "problems" can we identify from the LXD API (this should be independent of #148 because instance metrics is opt in)
