Add WebP for image https://web.dev/codelab-serve-images-webp/ (for everything except safari-ie11)

Test mettre ça :

cwebp -q 10 img0.jpg -o iran-10.webp => parfait pour les img0
cwebp -q 75 img5.jpg -o maeh-75.webp => pour les autres
