Make "Tags" more accessible from tidyverse.org/blog/ #528

Would prefer if list of tags were more accessible to user. For example if there was another button by "Categories":

That took the user to https://www.tidyverse.org/tags/

I second this. I was thinking it would be nice to be able to filter posts by package name, but being able to do so by tags from the blog home page would be nice.
