readme would make sense (first place for deciding on using pkg)
For features that related pkgs have that we don't, maybe in docs > Related work is good. From https://github.com/peng1999/PkgDependency.jl#readme:

btw they just released 0.4; which is why KrisC said they do show stdlib and jll now
