Hi! I am using typescript to make my own game in love2d and have written a declaration for cartographer. It seems like you are doing the same thing in the typescript branch. Hope this can help.

I appreciate that your declarations have documentation! I would consider updating mine with documentation if I was maintaining this lib more actively. Feel free to use my declararitons in your repo - my declarations include the fields as well as the methods.
