Logo is not readable with high contrast mode #122

Windows offers the possibility to be displayed with High Contrast mode which turns the background black. As the text of the Bundeslogo is also black, it becomes unreadable., see screenshot below.

I see 2 solutions: either take the text out of the logo or provide an alternative logo with white text.
