use coveralls with PR status instead of comments #27

As per this issue it is possible to configure coveralls to use the github commit/pr status API instead of adding comments to the PR thread. (which are terribly annoying)

I have no access privileges to do this. Please @stupied4ever would be so kind as to do this?

So after that we will need to use hub to modify the pr?

Probably not. Looks like the coveralls report will be shown in the PR status (just like travis does).
