Describe the bug

GitHub Actions are reporting this error and failing CI:

Error: Multiple versions of pnpm specified

Looking into it now.

  1. Approve a PR that clears compilation locally
  2. Error: Multiple versions of pnpm specified during the CI run

Not failing the CI build
