Add interval for triggering rescanning of history on adapter config page

The history rescan can be triggered via button in the adapter.
There could be a possibility to add a configuration on the adapter config page,
which triggers the rescan automatically every x minutes.
A value of 0 disables the automatic trigger.

Hm ... maybe an option in cloud adapter to trigger the update as soon as a alexa command comes in? This could make more sense ... or ?!
