It seems that #1060 broke the "runtime code hint" system of the warp syncing. The cache doesn't seem to be taken into account anymore.

After investigation, it actually still works. I opened this issue after noticing that a storage proof request answer was 1.4 MiB, but it might have been because I didn't have a database or something instead.
