Increase click target in client list view

When I was in Multnomah, I observed POs trying to get into a message stream by clicking anywhere in the row of the client list. Right now the only way to get into a message stream is to click the client's name, which is hard if the client has a short name ("John Doe"). We should make it so that clicking anywhere in the row (other than the edit/transcript/transfer/archive buttons) takes a user to the message stream.
