去掉面包屑以后，可以 Ctrl+点击块标打开文档，但是没有办法直接打开浮窗

支持 Ctrl+悬浮 块标打开浮窗
块标菜单中增加一个 打开浮窗 的选项

我也遇到这个场景了：想查看上下文，但又不想跳转到新页签，会用到这个浮窗。
