Unable to select items on the utility ring

Started happening yesterday, when trying to use the utility ring, the selector that moves around it as you move the joystick no longer appears and I’m unable to select any items. I’ve verified I’m on the most recent version and have reinstalled the addon but had no luck. Currently the only item on my ring is my hearthstone on the bottom slot. It was working fine earlier in the day yesterday
