Expected Behavior

The said problem in #3762 should have been fixed.

Actual Behavior

The problem still occurs in the latest version of offline Scratch I have downloaded, 3.29.1

Steps to Reproduce

Follow #3762

Come on, Scratch Team! We're no strangers to bugs! You know the rules, and so do I (that bugs are annoying and you know it)! A full commitment's what I'm thinking of (a full commitment to the code to fix the bug completely). You won't get this from any other guy (that you won't get such a detailed bug report from any other guy)! I~ just wanna tell you how I'm feeling (about the bug). Gotta make you, understand!
