Topmost message windows may goes into a race condition

After upgrading Plus v0.7.5 from v0.7.4 by replacing all files except of two INIs (sandboxie.ini and sandboxie-plus.ini were leaved inplace and templates.ini was replaced) and starting a SandMan I've got a "Notifications" list window allerting me about SBIE1411 "Unknown template FileCppy" and a centered message box requesting "Do U wanna delete these templates" that was almost hiden by Notifications. The topmost window was this request, but on display it was overlapped by the Notifications, that was, in turn, blocked because not topmost :) Fortunately the Notifications been moved from a screen center sometime before, that was remebered, so I saw this request and been able cling it with mouse to move aside.

Seems like OS version etc. etc. doesn't matter in this case.
