After installing Hebrew as display language in Windows 10 21H2 x64, I tried a number of Classic releases with Hebrew (by setting the Language value in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SbieSvc as 1037):

5.49.5 = Sandbox Settings alignment not working as in the first post
5.48.0 = not working
5.47.1 = working
...
5.46.4 = working

So the regression happens for the first time in Classic 5.48.0... 45 commits of difference to check than version 5.47.1:
0.6.7...0.7.0

Yes, you must also install Hebrew as main display language.
