Drag Drop puts Box in wrong position and flashes screen

What happened?

When I try to drag/drop a Box to a different position on the list, the Box actually moves all the way to the bottom of its Box Group.

To Reproduce

1. Create a Box Group and add 5 Boxes to it.
2. use the left mouse button to drag box 4 up to between box 1 and 2, then left go of the left mouse button.
3. Notice that the list flashes and box 4 is now at the bottom of its Box Group.

Expected behavior

Dragging a Box to a certain position should move the Box to that position. The screen should not flash (it should be smooth like Alt+Up does it).
