"Sandbox Indicator in Title" option stops working in v0.9.8

Describe the bug
In Sandboxie-Plus v0.9.8, changing the option "Sandbox Indicator in Title" no longer works. It will always "Display [#] indicator only" regardless of the actual setting.

System details

• Windows 10 Home 21H1 64-bit
• Sandboxie Plus v0.9.8 64-bit

Can confirm that this option works in v0.9.6.

I can confirm this, it worked fine on v.0.9.7e, guessing its related to #1190. I tried both BoxNameTitle=- and BoxNameTitle=y but the titles are always just [#] Some Program

probably, you could try creating a new sandbox and only toggling the titles to not alter to see, if it still happens probably something else not related to this.

For me it's not showing anything at all, hmm...

I also know the problem that only "Close window" is offered. However, this only occurs with Firefox and only for non-admin users on a terminal server (based on Windows 10). I have never had this problem on any other system.

The problem definitely did not exist in the past. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to figure out if it's Firefox or Sandboxie. At the moment, I'm leaning more towards Firefox, since installing an older Sandboxie version didn't fix the problem anymore.
