Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This might be related to #1185

Right now the tray icon shows all boxes a user has created.

Describe the solution you'd like
As I do not know how the list in the tray icon is populated, I am not sure if that works without issues. I would like to have an option to only show boxes in the tray which are active. I do not want to change the default state, but be able to toggle if I see all or just the active ones.
