Just tested with [email protected] and it works. Could you describe a bit more where you create the page ? From the online interface or from the filesystem

I will investigate in QA testing.

Recommendations:

• Try the latest version of Raneto as @gabrielstuff mentioned
• a regular URI to an image is no longer valid markdown (it might have been at one point)
• New syntax for images: ![ALT TEXT](https://example.com/image.png)
