The feedback forms are another form we use, and something that could be easily automated. In the wonderful magical world, it would be grand if the organisers are alerted around ~2 pm on the day of the workshop, to check the attendance of the attendees that showed up. This could be a simple email to [email protected] saying. "Hey, check the attendees attendance LINK" and with the link the person would get on a page with the name of the coach signed up next to a PRESENT / ABSENT with reason (text where the reason could be written) / NO-SHOW (text incase more needs to be said).
The attendance is necessary as we don't want to mail (#108 ) the feedback form to attendees that were not present.
This will then form a list of names of attendees that showed up, which will be used to send the attendees feedback email to #108 .
(There is no such thing as black-listing attendees.)
