Merging from an existing system to a new one

It is possible to only backup the settings,
so that I can merge from an e.g. esp32 to e.g. an esp32s3.

Background: I have a memory reading problem when booting, I can only continue with a reset, I have already created a backup because I have 16 blinds connected, each with 2 or 4 remote controls (depending on the room) and I don't want to do this pairing and the blind up down running times again, I would just like to transfer these settings to a new system.
