We should have a CI to at least test the correct compilation of this repo. A possible strategy is to re-pack the Oculus SDK just for CI in a .zip that can be downloaded (as we already do for Ensenso and ESD Can in https://github.com/robotology/robotology-vcpkg-ports). From the legal point of view, I checked the license in https://developer.oculus.com/licenses/oculussdk/, and the redistribution is not explicitly prohibited, and especially if we just use the .zip for the CI I don't think it should create problems.
