JDBC sink fails in unit test

Describe the bug

When run mvn clean test on java, it fails in the following errors:

To Reproduce

Run mvn clean test on the latest main.

On M1 MacBook, with Java version: 11.0.14.1

Expected behavior

No response

Additional context

The bug happens right after #8457. The commit before #8457 does not have the bug.

Seems that our CI does not run the unit tests. We may want to enable the unit test by removing the -DskipTests=true in
