Fixed an issue with Kodi Favourites that are in the root of a channel and fixed a case-insensitive comparison of usernames.

• Fixed: Case-insensitive comparison of logged on users (Fixes Retrospect pincode for Videoland is not being stored on Android TV #1791).
• Fixed: Rootfolders of channels could not be added to Kodi favourites as they broke fast (Fixes Bladwijzer voor Nationaal -> NPO Start -> Live TV verwijst naar Nationaal -> NPO Start #1794).
