Retrospect v5.6.1

NOTE: Python 2 is no longer supported by Retrospect. All Kodi users should use the Kodi Matrix or newer.

This update introduces IPTV Manager support (Thanks to @landgenoot) for NPO Start. Besides this, some minor bugs were squashed.

Framework related

• Added: IPTV Manager support (See IPTV Manager support #1674).
• Fixed: Minor logging in issue for NPO.

GUI/Settings/Language related

None

Channel related

• Fixed: RTV Drenthe playback.
• Changed: Switched to the VRT MAX Add-on for now for VRT NU/MAX.
• Fixed: Kijk.nl subtitle issue with image url's instead of text (Fixes Retrospect 5.6.0 : no correct subtitles for kijk.nl #1705).
• Fixed: RTL XL broke due to API changes.
• Removed: Nickelodeon.nl as they remove their content.
