Add an option to display verbose compilation #33

When compiling a project, the following are displayed in the console:

"Compiling: L/rust_project/test/test_rust_project.rc"

Would be helpful to see the actual command-line invocation of the compiler. Please add a configuration option for the verbosity of that.
