Preferences ask for rust compiler but expects rust path #29

In Windows->Preferences:

"Rust compiler:" suggests binary is expected
Corresponding "Browse" button allows selecting only folders

Also, "Rust home" folder meaning is unclear:

root of the git repository? (aka https://github.com/rust-lang/rust)
- $root/src? (aka https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/tree/master/src)
- $root/src/libstd? (aka https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/tree/master/src/libstd)

A tooltip or better explanation shall be added.
