RustyCage binary distribution should not depend on scala-ide

Hello,

I've tried installing Rusty Cage from provided update site and finished getting an error on dependencies. scala-ide to be precise. Being an ex scala dev myself I bet this is just a bug in build configuration not a hard req.

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
  Software being installed: rustycage-plugin 1.0.3.201410112157 (rustycage-plugin 1.0.3.201410112157)
  Missing requirement: rustycage-plugin 1.0.3.201410112157 (rustycage-plugin 1.0.3.201410112157) requires 'bundle org.scala-ide.sdt.core 0.0.0' but it could not be found
