Feature request: I/D cache

Hello!

It would be really useful to have a simple OBI-compatible I/D cache available. Does perhaps something like this already exist in another repository?

I found the following data cache for the CVA6: https://github.com/openhwgroup/cv-hpdcache
But it's not the right choice for my application. I would like to add a simple L1 instruction and data cache to the CV32E40X.
