Formulas to be more human-readable #43

Although to hard to produce maybe, it would be nice to have the metric formulas shown in a more human-friendly format.

For example this one https://alpha.policycompass.eu/app/#!/metrics/5 is huge an unreadable.

Could use something like Latex formulas, and have a legend like A means xxxx, B means xxx, etc
