Review the usage of the options in the language controlpanel, and remove the unneeded ones #478

This is the current language control panel:

Many options there are useless due to how the multilingual content handling is implemented.

The purpose of the issue would be to review those options and remove the unneeded ones from the control panel.

Only the first one is relevant when plone.app.multilingual is installed, and it should always be set to True.

So I propose to completely remove the options shown here from the controlpanel.
