reoccurring events do not have a title element when viewing each date.
Document must have a TITLE element.

to recreate create an event with reoccurring dates, click on a reoccurring date, check the source

Document must have a title.
WCAG 2.0 A 2.4.2
Section 508 (2017) A 2.4.2
For HTML pages add a TITLE element.
