this is needed to use data from the subs, without fetching them, for example we might want to get a list of moderators for an author page, the only way to do this is to check all known subplebbits, and check subplebbit.roles, this is fine to do if we're using the subplebbits cache, but it's a huge waste of resources to refetch all subplebbits just for this
