List all releases on the Releases page

Describe the solution you'd like:

The Releases page does not list all the releases - it's missing the most recent one. I propose that page should list all the releases, including the current one.

Reasons:

• Part of my confusion in README should mention how to use the current (or earlier) version #643 was that I saw the home page listed noble-1.0.0, but when I looked at the Releases page I saw jammy-1.0.4 at the top
• I'm not always up on Ubuntu code names, so I wasn't sure which was newer
• It also makes documentation harder to write. In Update README.md to include Status section #645, I had to "pussy-foot" around making sure to say the current version is on the home page.
• It would have been easier to say, "Just get the first item on the Releases page"
