Cannot start the SketchUp as the ruby doesen't support the Thai language. #26

If a user create user name or folder name with Thai language, the SketchUp cannot load the plug-in of the OpenStudioThai.

Interim solution

In case of using user name with `Thai` language

You must change user name with English language. how to chage user name
Or, Create new user name with Enghlish language. how to create new user

Long term solution

Update Ruby of the OpenStudioThai.

Fix open project in thai folder.
Fix can't open program on thai user name.
