Future work for street name normalization

This is a catalogue of several small issues discovered in our new streetname normalization from #477, that were deemed small enough to not block release, but are possibly worth revisiting later.

Diagonal directional no longer capitalized

Some uncommon abbreviations at the end of street name re-capitalized
