[web] change bleve query language to KQL

• change bleve query language in search to KQL
• dont break compatibility with current DAV search (Android & iOS)
• Scoped search should work (current bug), [search] No response from server while searching inside a folder containing space in name ocis#7114
• Project Spaces with a space in the resource name "New Folder" should be found (current bug)
• Stabilize search ui global / current folder scope switch, Search: scope select has wrong initial state #9646
• Fix search in sharer scope, unshared item also listed in the response while doing REPORT request by sharee ocis#7092

Note: current behaviour allows suffix search - this should be kept; the preview behaves exactly the same as the details search (name-field).
