Describe the bug

User filters are not visually preselected after a page reload.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the admin settings user page
  2. Set a role filter
  3. Reload the page

Expected behavior

The filter should be enabled, being reflected by the search result as well as the preselected filter chip.

Actual behavior

The filter chip is missing the preselection. Only the visual effect is missing though, the filter itself works.
