Ouster SDK support for Python 3.7 discontinued for macOS

Hello, Ouster SDK community!

We're announcing that Ouster SDK no longer supports Python 3.7 on macOS.

We've made this decision because python.org's official binary installers that include the most recent security patches (e.g. for Python 3.7.17) are no longer available for macOS. Furthermore, Python 3.7 is no longer available through homebrew.

We urge users of Python 3.7 to update to a newer version, regardless of which platform they may be targeting.
