Hi ospalh

Regarding to the zoom add on, it resets after Undo, opening the note editor, opening option etc

Can you make it so that it does not reset itself?

It’s a bit tricky, so maybe not.
On the other hand, when you always use a certain zoom factor, that is, when you zoom in/out whenever you start reviewing, you can set that in the add-on file. UTSL. Tools→Add-ons→Zoom→Edit…, read the in file comments, change, save, re-start Anki.

Any ways, I deleted this add on and installed view size adjust, that does not have this issue.
