Access Database from AccessController

In order to implement dynamic access roles,
that can change through changes to the
database, that the access controller is supposed
to control, I have to be able to access
the database from the Access Controller.

I saw in the orbit-db-access-controller.js
file, that there is a _db field, that is just set to null though.
