OpenJS World Retrospective - Austin 2022

As discussed in the last CPC meeting, opening this Issue to track retrospective meeting for OpenJS World 2022 Austin. Feel free to add any feedback/comments about the event.

I'll share this with Program Committee and add it to the CPC agenda for the next meeting.

I think this can be taken down from the CPC agenda. I'm not sure if this was discussed in previous CPC meetings.

One reason is that most of the members of the Program Committee aren't regular attendees of CPC meetings. I think would be better to have a separate meeting for this.
