Retrieve TeX file of published article

I would like to post my recently published JOSS article on the ArXiv. They have a clear preference for TeX files over compiled PDF files. Is there a way to retrieve the raw TeX file that generates my published JOSS article (i.e. with all the DOI's etc correctly filled in)?.
