curveadm deploys pfs and updates the documentation

This document describes how to quickly get started and participate in the development of Curveadm.

You can use the curve image on the target machine you want to deploy just like deploying curve, create a container and synchronize the required configuration to the specific configuration file, write and set the entrypoint as the corresponding execution script, compile and start pfs and PolarDB.
