Need to have a way to achieve custom patterns for Mac and Ips using snappi.
I want to generate 10M Ip's using some custom pattern and looks like i can't achieve it using snappi.
Please see the screenshot, I want to have a way the pattern and More options, outlined in the yellow and green rectangle

@vkuma82 : Instead of adding custom to the models, would it not be better for the test writer to provide utility functions that generate custom values according to an algorithm chosen by them. You can send a List of values to achieve this.

Marking this as Milestone v1.0.0. I don't think we are going to do this feature right now. I'd rather that we mark it accordingly and close it than keep it open.

Hi @vkuma82 in OTG model for L23 we have devices with interfaces from which we could run protocols (BGP, ARP) as well as traffic flows. MACs and IPs for flows do have some pattens we could consider expanding. We don't have patterns for devices yet. Where would you need this, for flows, devices or both?

so the model we are using is that we configure everything in "protocols" and than instruct traffic to use the protocol values and do its a;; generate/apply smartness, this way arp ping .... all work and we dont have to be concerned hw platform to hw platform how to efficiently pack udfs in hw streams.
now in the end we care about packets so the need is in flows.
