help installing MBROLA Windows 10

Hello,

First off, apologies for beginner-level questions; I'm new to GitHub and to MBROLA.
I'm looking to install MBROLA on Windows 10. I was hopeful of using the .exe at http://www.tcts.fpms.ac.be/synthesis/mbrola/bin/pcwin/MbrolaTools35.exe but am getting a "bad gateway" error.

So I'm not sure where to start with a Windows installation and am looking for some simple step-by-step instructions for dummies. Can anyone help?

(In case it's relevant - I'm not looking to do anything too fancy; I want to install MBROLA and one French voice, and then run some .pho files through it.)

hello @rachelrhs20, espeak-ng uses MBROLA https://github.com/espeak-ng/espeak-ng/blob/master/src/espeak-ng.1.ronn and you can also try other mbrola voices found in their installation
